Gateway Partners and Singapore-based global port operator, PSA, jointly enter into deal for India rail-linked logistics company

Gateway Partners has joined forces with global port operator, PSA International, to acquire a controlling stake in an infrastructure-based Indian logistics company with a network of rail-linked logistics facilities and large warehousing capacity, Distribution Logistics Infrastructure (DLI). DLI provides a broad range of logistics services such as rail freight, trucking, handling, customs clearance and bonded warehousing mainly in central, northern and southern India. It has terminals in Nagpur, Bengaluru, Palwal (NCR) and Chennai.

PSA International has terminal presence across 5 locations around India. This deal with the AIM-listed investment firm, Infrastructure India Plc, will serve to allow PSA to gain greater control over the container supply chain in India’s hinterland.

The deal is subject to approvals from the Railways and existing lenders.
